4 Simple Steps to Claim Your VDI Report Credits After Purchase (Applicable for Both Basic & Comprehensive VDI Reports)

Claiming your VDI report credits is extremely easy on our platform. Read below to find out more.

Step 1: Log into your PX account

Step 2: Locating “My Reports”

Next, use the drop-down menu located at the top-right corner of the page to select “My Reports”.

Step 3: Locating “New Reports”

At the top of the page, locate the 'New Report' button on the right and click it.

Step 4: Check remaining credits

A pop-up registration box will appear, specifically for claiming credits. Here, you can claim your available credits for both reports.

You can also use any other Reg box on the platform. If you have credits, we draw down from that first.
